I'm athletic, so I can talk about winning 100 meters and relay races.


I get goosebumps, my head lifts high from watching the USA win against Jamaican girls in the 400m relay race at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Haaaaa!!!

God is great!









One of the greatest characteristics of living organisms is movement.

Imagine these USA ladies bashing their bodies against the air to beat time.

Speed = Distance x time


Covering long distances in less time is mad speed.

That's a lot of work!




One guy said, “Chess requires more intellect than 100-meter races.”

I disagreed with him. 

Has he won any Olympic races or chess games? 

No! 








You need intellect to navigate the air, body balance, and breathing.

Not to mention the fact your running style must be in sync with your brain and heart.

Your heart beating fast, but you must control it while running at the top speed.


Every sport requires intellect.
